What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, and ship-to location. Shipping and Handling charges are additional charges that will be added to the invoice.
Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Your order can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service. Please contact Mondo Contract for further details.
Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
If you provide us with an alternate shipping address in the US, your order can be shipped directly to the alternate address. The delivery address should be provided at the time of placing the order, to avoid additional fees.
Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.?
Mondo Contract can arrange for shipment outside the US. Please contact us for additional information.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California and New York State. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
